Description

SVF2N60M is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET fabricated using Silan’s proprietary F-Cell high-voltage planar VDMOS technology, rated for 600V drain-source voltage and 2A drain current. It features optimized cell structure for low RDS(on), fast switching performance, and strong avalanche ruggedness under high conditions. This device is widely used in AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and PWM-based motor drive circuits.
