SVD8N60T is an N-channel enhancement mode power MOSFET developed using Silan’s proprietary S-Rin™ DMOS technology, rated for 600V drain-source voltage and 8A continuous drain current. It features low RDS(on), low gate charge, and fast switching performance, making it suitable for high-efficiency power conversion. This device is widely applied in AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, and H-bridge motor driver circuits.
